City of Calgary on healthier yards

The City of Calgary has posted a public service announcement today: Plans for your yard this weekend? Consider developing your own healthy yard.

    Another exciting example of the City of Calgary jumping on the greenwagon. This is so pleasing to see!

    I examined the post on the directory of grant programs- but I'm confused as to what the function of the website is. Kelvin?
